Description

Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO), a joint effort of It's My Community Initiative (IMCI) and Public Strategies, provides research-informed workforce solutions. Work Ready Oklahoma delivers services to a number of populations including veterans, the unemployed or underemployed, individuals re-entering society following incarceration, incumbent workers, and low-skilled or low-wage workers. The program incorporates soft skills, vocational training, continuing education, job placement, job coaching, and career advancement to make obtaining consistent, gainful employment in living wage jobs more accessible to these groups.
