Welcome to working4U's Facebook page. Working 4U is all about getting you working, we are dedicated to getting the right job seeker to match the needs of employers and also what is right for them. With over 13 years’ experience working with Job Service Australia providers and also experience working with Centrelink; my background and wealth of knowledge in the local labour market gave me the right skillset to open my own training and consultant business. We work very closely with Job Service Australia providers, mainly job seekers. Working 4U facilitates a number of workshops these include; job search skills, basic computers, motivation and youth. These workshops are geared to give job seekers strategies to move forward, enabling them with the tools and a personal job search plan. Two years on and Working 4U has just employed our first employee. As an Employer Liaison officer, the role is to market job seekers from our workshops to employers and get the right match. Working 4U is all about helping people in our community and it is so rewarding to see not only the Job seeker but their families live change from them securing employment. As the founder of Working 4U I believe everyone is employable and that we all have our strengths and we all have weaknesses. We need to negotiate sometimes, with both job seekers and employers to get a win win situation.
