General Info

The World Race Kenya Initiative is an extension of Adventures in Missions. There is currently a team of 5 members working on this initiative: Matt Ruple, Kelli Miller, Matt Patch, Courtney Folwick, and Cristianna Smith. Together they are working to restore hope and empower change in Kenya, Africa. The Internally Displaced People are forgotten and live far below the poverty line. After the 2007 presidential election, riots broke out, houses were burned, possessions lost, people murdered, and families were separated. They lost everything and were forced to leave their homes. Four years later they remain in horrible conditions with no help. Our team was formed because this is absolutely unacceptable and something needed to be done. Join Us. Take the Initiative to Restore Hope & Empower Change. Read our blog at kenya.theworldrace.org
