It was a regular Thursday practice, my sweats were on, the doors were locked, and it was time to shed the pounds for weigh-ins. In the latter half of the practice while practicing my barzegar, I suddenly got light headed and went down, out cold, face first on the mat. You may think this is where the story ends, but this is just the beginning. While passed out on the floor, I had a vision. I saw myself sitting in the famous Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa. While wondering how I got there, I heard footsteps echoing from the tunnel; out from the shadows came a brawny figure sporting a gold and black singlet, tights and all, over his battle worn body. The legend himself, Dan Gable, had come to me in a vision. “Mr. Gable, what are you doing here, and why are you wearing a singlet?” I inquired. “I have come to give you the best advice you will ever receive,” he said. “And If you had a body like this you would wear one too,” he replied boastfully. “You do wear that very well,” I replied. “Are you going to teach me the Iowa way?” “No,” he said. “Why would I teach you that?
