Description

The Wisconsin Union Directorate Art Committee is a student-run gallery dedicated to showcasing the visual arts. The committee selects, installs, and accessibly presents local, national, and international contemporary work in its two gallery spaces in Memorial Union and Union South. The committee collaborates with other organizations to create ancillary programming that recontextualizes standard approaches to the visual arts.

Come to one of our weekly committee meetings held at 6 PM on Tuesdays during the academic year. Check TITU for location information. Hours: Class of 1925 Gallery: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Gallery 1308, Union South: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends

The Goodman Community Center is a private nonprofit, serving people of all ages from all walks of life. The Goodman Community Center currently houses a preschool, 4-year-old kindergarten, afterschool programs for all ages (including countywide Girls Inc.), an alternative high school, an older adult program, food pantry and a fitness center. We also rent our rooms out to individuals, private corporations and community groups on a daily basis.
