Melissa's teaching style is fun yet serious, challenging while nurturing and seeks to balance the dichotomies of life through the balance of strength and softness in each of her students. She hopes to inspire students of all ages, shapes and genders to find their inner Yoga Warrior, while developing a state of mind that transcends the complexities of daily life. She dedicates her teaching to her loving husband and 5 children, and to the happiness of all beings.
