Dynamic, challenging, movement-orientated. Yoga for Fitness combines traditional yoga poses with bodyweight exercises to provide a whole body workout.
All classes are taken by Mike and everyone is welcome; there are no physical prerequisites and all classes are suitable for beginners. Current timetable is: Mondays 6.30-8pm, Roseangle Arts Cafe, Dundee West Church, Lower Hall (access via Roseangle, across from Laings), £7 (£5 conc.). Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm, Pure Gym Dundee (£2 for gym members). Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm, Roseangle Arts Cafe, £5 (£4 conc). Discount available for Mon+Wed together. Thursday Senior's yoga at ISE (am), yoga at Maggie's (2-3pm) Friday 6.45-7.45pm, Olympia (£4.80, booking advised). Saturday 8.30-9.30am, Olympia (£4.80, booking required). 11.30 - 12.30pm, Fit4Less Main Street (£5, Hilltown, DD3 7HN). All classes are open to everyone.
