We are thrilled to be a part of the Denver LoDo community! Our studio has been open just shy of two years. This gorgeous location is nestled in the ballpark neighborhood, just down the street from Coors Field. We offer over 70 classes each week in 2 studio rooms equipped with props for student use. You can expect a welcoming and clean environment when you visit Yoga Pod. We have beautiful locker-rooms complete with showers and bathroom amenities, an experienced teaching staff, and a warm atmosphere when you visit. Take advantage of our regular specials for first time visitors, and then become a Prema Member to receive special discounts and perks for the lifetime of your membership on most workshops, teacher trainings, merchandise, and more! My hope is that the Yoga Pod becomes a second home for our LoDo community - our Kula. I look forward to meeting each new student, becoming a part of their journey, and sharing in their experiences. Please come early to talk to your teachers, stay after class to ask questions, and immerse yourself in this Kula. Come find connection within this absolutely breathtaking studio.
