The different courses we offer include Upa Yoga Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles and energy system. Upa Yoga also eases stiffness in tendons and muscles to permit easier movements, improves blood circulation in the body’s main arteries and veins, and aids in releasing accumulated physical and mental tension. Angamardhana Angamardhana means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body. This practice is believed to be a pre-cursor of various martial arts. It creates aerobic exercise and muscle tone without bringing rigidity into the body, so that whatever you wish to do, your body says “yes”. Surya Kriya Surya Kriya, the forefather to Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a powerful process of activating the sun within you. Surya Kriya balances a person’s energies, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life. Yogasanas Yogasanas are not exercises, rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. The body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness, and so by consciously getting the body into certain postures and making it a conducive passage, one can elevate consciousness and align the inner system. This naturally leads to health, joyfulness and bliss, and above all balance. Bhuta Shuddhi The basis of all creation, including the physical body, is the five elements – earth, water, wind, fire and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.There is a whole system of yoga called Bhuta Shuddhi, which means “purification of the elements.” Private / Treatment Customised modules specific to an individual's requirement and based on personal time availability can be offered. The Teaching methodology needs a committed space without any disturbance for the duration of the session. Specific Modules may also be designed for various health conditions pertaining to an individual. These practices would be supportive in getting relief from the disease condition however should not be treated as a cure for the disease. These sessions can be done on a one to one basis with due consideration of the medical history of the individual.
