All levels are welcome to attend and special consideration is offered to those new to yoga. Yoga Shack offers hot yoga with a twist to Londoners. The twist? Hot Vinyasa, Pilates, Dance, Hatha, Kripalu, Yoga4Kids,& Mindfulness Meditation. Additionally, we are Moksha certified and have also received certifications from Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, David Swenson, Janice Clarfield, Stott Pilates and more. Yoga Shack offers a diverse blend of yoga traditions as we do not agree with trademarking yoga. We have the lowest prices in the city and aim to make hot yoga and pilates accessible and affordable for all. We offer classes per week, Karma, $5 community classes and super small class sizes in both 'hot' and 'regular' temperature. Our studio has a vintage and modern vibe. Over 90% is reclaimed materials including the flooring, trim, doors, and furniture. We've analyzed all aspects of the environmental supply to ensure that from our no VOC paint, past the Bull Frog power, and on to the environmental front load washers that we lighten our footprint on the Earth.
