I am very pleased to let you know I start a 5 week block of Hatha Yoga classes again in April! And....the venue is much better than last year! Venue: Stephen Hill Methodist Church. 547 Manchester Road. Sheffield. S10 5PL. Dates: Consecutive Sunday's; 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th April and 3rd May. Do you practice kaya sthairyam (steadiness of the body) before pranayama? Have you tried a 'sigh' at the end of pranayama practice? Inhale....and exhale with a sigh. I agree with a recent pranayama teacher (on a course i recently attended) that the 'sigh' is actually the most important part of the practice. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti x
