Yokomaha Iekei Ramen was founded in Yokohama city of Japan. Our executive Chef Okiyama Daisuke has over 30 years experience in cooking Authentic Yokohama style Ramen and other Japanese food. Our Yokohama Soup Base is cooked from pork bones, chicken bones & fish bones and it takes at least 12 hours to get very tasty natural broth. Our Ramen shop uses only natural ingredients and non-preservative. Our specialty roast pork belly slice is from black pig (kurobuta) and use medium ramen noodles to match with our special soup. Take a taste our Jigoku Ramen (Hell-Spicy) that cooked with Native Japanese chili paste and has 4 different level of spicy. Choi-Kara (beginner level), Kara (moderate spicy), Chu-Kara (Spicy) but still full of flavor, Oh-Kara (you'll need to reattach your tastebuds). If you want to keep your body in good shape, try our Tasukemen Ramen which is dipping Ramen. The Tasukemen Ramen itself has planty of flavor without mixing with the soup. Make your Ramen and Soup depend on your preference! Customize your Yokohama noodles in three different texture such as Katame (Hard), Futsu (medium) and Yawarakame (soft). Adjust the taste off your own soup in Usume (light), Futsu (medium), and Koime (little strong taste).
