York Open Studios is York's largest arts festival, this year taking place in over 90 locations on the weekends of the 17th, 18th and 19th April and the 25th and 26th April 2015.

The Council for British Archaeology (CBA) is a leading educational charity working throughout the UK to involve people in archaeology and to promote the appreciation and care of the historic environment for the benefit of present and future generations. The Council for British Archaeology is an educational and membership charity. The established voice for archaeology in the UK, we are equally at home championing volunteers in a muddy field or lobbying MPs in Westminster. Our independence enables us to inform, support and advise all UK archaeological exploration. We've been doing this for nearly 70 years, but we're always looking to the future - bringing a 21st century approach to unearthing the past.
