Formerly called The Yorkland School, the high school adopted the elementary school's name, North Toronto Christian School, during a merger between the two schools at the beginning of the 2011/2012 school year.International Student ProgramNorth Toronto Christian School offers a limited amount of space for international students. NTCS has a comprehensive ESL program at the high school level to assist students with their English. The school also has a home-stay program for international students; they can learn English and Canadian culture in this program. All home-stay families are carefully selected by the school.
