Brilliant training today. 3 sessions! Second session covered some very technical kata pointers and heian godan. Third session tackled the advanced kata Gojushiho Dai. Thanks to everyone who came from far and wide to train on the annual USKW course. Thank you for your support, the atmosphere today was brilliant. If anyone has any photos feel free to post them.

Today at the annual USKW course Yoshitaka Karate Club, Swansea celebrated it's 10th year in Swansea. In 10 years the club has come a long way from a few students (10) to many students (over 100) all enjoying Karate together. To mark the occasion Sensei was presented with a photograph by his students and a special black belt from Black Eagle Martial Arts Equipment which had Sensei's name on one side, and the club name and association logo on the other. The last 10 years have been a fantastic journey and thanks to those who have taken steps with us. Here is to the next 10 years!
