Description
Box-2Get-Fit is a circuit based boxing class that consists of 12 x 3 minutes rounds of different boxing exercises. You are able to join in the circuit at any time though the circuit times. Mon-Fri 9.15am-11.45am (Morning circuits) Mon-Thurs 3.15pm-6.15pm. (Afternoon circuitss) -The cost is $10 per visit, or $15 per week which allows all 9 circuits or for a very limited time you can have unlimited use of the system and the gym for $11.95 per week!
