My regular work make-up routine consisted of some type of eyeliner, eyebrow fill, and foundation, which took me about five minutes. Usually, by the end of the day, I had "blinked" most of my eyeliner off and no longer looked the same way I did when I left home in the morning. I seldom wore mascara, because for the most part, it didn't do much for my eyelashes. As a Polynesian dancer, I have various opportunities to "glam up" my make-up routine to enhance my stage presence; to do this, I usually just added lipstick. When I wanted to have longer, fuller lashes, I had to resort to false eyelashes. The problem with false eyelashes were as follows: 1. I couldn't put them on by myself 2. When they were on, they felt heavy on my eyelids 3. They always felt like they were a strong breeze away from falling off 4. I felt like I had spiders on my eyelids (I have arachnophobia!) My Kumu Alaka'i had a Younique on-line party through Kris Hill and recommended the Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes to all us wahine mea hula. Once I tried the Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes, I was sold on this product! My lashes are long, voluminous, and don't feel heavy at all. My morning routine takes the same amount of time, but I no longer need to wear eyeliner, and my eyes "pop" more than they ever have.
