Evaluations and recap of the modules Worked with Claim Central Holdings Lot 1, 133-149 Beauchamp Road, Matraville NSW 2036 P PO Box 4017, South Maroubra NSW 2035 1300 743 673 performing the following DUTIES Conduct monthly employee 1:1 to discuss and coach them on health, lifestyle, wellbeing issues and safety in the workplace Conduct personality assessments to coach and guide employees and line managers to be more effective and productive Conduct personality assessments to support HR manager in recruitment decisions Implement a detailed 12 monthly plan to gather data on staff members health and wellbeing Report weekly to executive management on any issues regarding staff including workplace health and safety Present a monthly board report Support every staff member physically, mentally and emotionally with 100% confidentiality Implement annual plan on safety policies and procedures in the workplace Escalate to executive management any issues or deficiencies regarding safety with recommendations for correction Coach and guide employees and line managers to be more safety conscious, to become better communicators, to be more performance and goal orientated within the work place ACHIEVEMENTS Designed and implemented an eight week personality course for board members, managers and key personal Trained all management and key personal to build teams and understand the value of staff retention Completed a 6 month WHS awareness course with all staff including management Helped 23 staff lose 80 kilos in three months and to become very health conscious Set up a detailed personal plan for health and wellness for each staff member as required Implemented a program where personality assessments were conducted on applicants to fit the right personality for the right position.
