For over 65 years, the YWCA has provided successful programs that empower women, children and families in our community to reach their full potential and meet their own needs, regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds, ages, ethnicity, and religious beliefs YWCA Fitness Connection, and YWTeen programs inspire nearly 13,000 women, children, and families each year to reach for more. Individuals from 9 years old to 90 years of age benefit from the multi-generational programs we offer. Our young YWTeens are building confidence, realizing new goals and making smarter choices to reach those goals.Our Therapeutic Recreation members are maintaining / regaining their independence and participating in physically, mentally, and socially stimulating activities. By providing quality services and events for individuals across the life spectrum, we enhance the lives of those we serve and help them confidently face the challenges they may experience.
