Welcome to Z Fit! I am a fully qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and a certified Fitness Kickboxing Instructor. I only started taking steps to improve my fitness and health after the birth of my 3rd child left me with no self-confidence and post-natal depression. She is only 3 so in the last 2 1/2 years I have vastly improved my fitness levels and physical appearance and I feel fantastic and happier than ever before. During my journey I was inspired my many of the great fitness instructors out there to do the same and help others achieve their goals so here I am, now also a fully qualified Group Exercise Instructor If I can make a change for the better then so can you and I am here to help you on your way. Are you ready to challenge yourself for change? I am looking for 5 dedicated and motivated people who are ready to make lifestyle changes and take part in my fatloss challenge over the next 4 weeks. You will first take part in a fitness test then you will receive a workout and nutrition plan plus a 1 hour personal training session per week for 4 weeks. It will cost just ยฃ30 which is just ยฃ1 per day. This is an opening offer only and limited to just 5 people maximum. Was very happy to hear that one of my class participants has lost 2 stone since she started coming to my classes without drastically changing any other part of her lifestyle. She started BurleX Fitness in August last year and decided to give HIIT a try after I stopped the BurleX classes. She's still coming to HIIT and pushing herself each week. Just goes to show that a small change can make a big difference. Good job! ๐Ÿ˜„
