Description

We are local guys that have decided to follow our passion for beer and craft out a business. Our beer is a hybrid style known as the American Belgo style. So, our beers are American and English inspired with a Belgian yeast component. The yeast is relatively "clean" for a Belgian yeast strain, so it is not dominant. It merely adds a third dimension to the beer, lending to complexity. Drink one, and you'll understand. We will also brew other, more "traditional", styles of beer as we grow. Stay tuned!
