Are you ready to be Z4Fit? Zone 4 Fitness is a one-of-a-kind program developed by a team of experts with over 50 years’ combined experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Utilizing stationary cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, elliptical, and rowing machines combined with circuit style training and dynamic stretching, our program provides you with the most efficient and effective workout imaginable. Zone 4 Fitness applies the science of "Maximal Oxygen Consumption," commonly known as VO2 Max, to maximize your time during exercise and increase results. You’ll experience improved aerobic fitness, increased endurance, and fat loss in addition to the many other benefits exercise offers the body. Heart Rate Zones are the base premise of the Zone 4 Fitness workout and are tracked using personal heart rate monitors while in session. When you become a member with Zone 4 Fitness, we will custom tailor your Zones and track them during each session. Results for calories burned, time spent in the zones, and performance history can be emailed to you at the end of a session, or accessed through your personalized online member account at any time. Our small group personal training atmosphere helps increase accountability and motivation, and all workouts are custom tailored to the ability of the member. From beginner to advanced fitness levels, and ages from 16-70, Zone 4 Fitness can put you down the path to a better you!
