Space: West Coast Contemporary promotes the work of emerging local artists on the beautiful West Coast of Canada. Emily Dobby, an art professional, is representing a small stable of artists. Emily is creating a new and exciting market for collectors by showcasing fantastic contemporary art at accessible price points and giving emerging local artists a platform through which to showcase their art. Emily has worked in the commercial and museum worlds across Canada. She has experience curating galleries, in assistant curating and in fine art appraisal. She has developed valuable and meaningful collections for seasoned collectors, new collectors, and small businesses alike. She would like to share with you her passion for contemporary art and emerging local talent. Emily works with local artists, including internationally recognized Richard Roblin.
