Being someone who has always been interested in healthy eating, being fit and spiritually awaken, South Asia further nurtured them in me. It is never easy being on a restricted diet, especially for someone like me who just could not live without indulging in chocolates and truffles. After looking everywhere for low calorie and nutrient rich sweets in Bangkok, I realize how hard it is to find sweets that are not only guilt free but which also don’t ruin my healthy lifestyle. I studied a variety of nutritional books in order to make my own truffles for personal consumption. That is when the vision of ZenTruffles came to me. Thus, now I am on my journey to providing these healthy, nutrient rich truffles to anyone looking for them. ZenTruffles come in three varieties: Zen, Calm and Energy.. Products Zen: Maqui is the key flavor in our ZEN truffle. This powerfully delightful and unique flavor contains the highest value of ORAC in comparison to any other known berries, which makes them an excellent part of any diet. In addition, the Chia seeds and Flaxseeds give a nutritional balance to this truffle. Calm: The key ingredient in our CALM truffle is lemongrass.
