As Anchorage’s full service climbing gym we hope to provide something for everyone. Anchorage has a terrific climbing community and we want to foster a positive atmosphere where everyone can get together and have a great time. For the dedicated climber we know that a climbing gym is only as good as the routes it sets. We are therefore committed to adding new quality problems and routes weekly as well as investing in new holds and training equipment so that you can continue to challenge yourself. For those of you new to climbing we have an experienced and knowledgeable staff on hand who can educate you on all the different aspects of climbing.

Regardless of age, experience or level of commitment, the Alaska Rock Gym offers something for all – a wide variety of top rope and lead climbing terrain, quality route setting, and classes and programs for kids and adults, beginner or expert.
