Set up and run by Alastair who is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist and has been teaching Meditation and Mindfulness for years. Alastair has also been practicing the art of Qi gong energy healing for the past few years and is a qualified Master Reiki therapist. Alastair comes from a business back ground also and has mastered the art of working mindfully so aswell as helping people to work through challenges and heal, he also specialises in helping people in business. The organisation has been set up to teach mindfulness to people and businesses and in specific areas such as how to stop over thinking, how to work mindfully and how to have a mindful relationship. Mindfulness talks will also be addressing home living, how to live mindfully with a family and how to live self sufficiently. To teach mindfulness to help people reduce stress, heal any physical or emotional pain and live more peacefully.
