We are the Olympic Weightlifting Club at Alive! Health and Fitness in Queanbeyan (also home of Crossfit Queanbeyan). We run group classes for Olympic Weightlifting that are suitable for anyone, regardless of their level of ability or experience. We aim to develop people to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, but it is also fantastic training for improving Crossfit, other sporting performance or getting stronger and fitter for life. You can certainly expect to become stronger, more powerful, faster and more flexible. Hopefully, you will have a bit of fun too, this style of training is hard, but enjoyable, and we really aim to have a fun and energetic training facility - you can be as serious as you want to be!
