Description

American Access Care is a national leader in providing outpatient vascular access services for patients undergoing dialysis. American Access Care White Marsh also specializes in performing Uterine Fibroid Embolizations and Paracentesis. American Access Care Baltimore was established by interventional radiologist Dr. Majorie Pearsall. in September 2004. Dr. Majorie Pearsall graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1981 with a degree in Chemistry. In 1985 she earned her medical degree from the University Of North Carolina School Of Medicine also at Chapel Hill. Dr. Pearsall completed a residency in General Surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York with a third year of study at SUNY – Buffalo. She completed a Radiology Residency at the University of Tennessee in June of 2001. She sought further study and completed a Neurosurgical fellowship at Penn State University in Hershey, PA and an Interventional Radiology fellowship at Temple University Hospital. Dr Pearsall is licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina, New York, Tennessee, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming Medical Director of American Access Care Baltimore she practiced as an Interventional Radiologist at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens and Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. Dr. Pearsall is an active member of the Old State Medical Society, Charlotte Medical Society, Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Interventional Radiology. In her spare time Dr. Pearsall is an avid sailor and enjoys skiing, tennis, horseback riding cycling and travel.
