ELIGIBILITY: Ashley Furniture HomeStore’s “GREAT SLEEP MAKES YOU STRONGER ‘SELFIE’CONTEST“ (Contest) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, and at least 18 in years of age at the time of entry. Florida and Georgia residents are eligible in the Ashley Furniture HomeStore showrooms, located at: St. Johns Town Center, 4621 River City Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32246; River City Marketplace, 13265 City Square Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32218; and Orange Park @ I-295, 8151 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32244; as well as, while available, online at www.facebook.com/AshleyFurnitureHomeStoreJacksonville (see Promotion link). Employees, officers, directors and agents of SFTF, LLC d/b/a Ashley Furniture HomeStore (“Ashley Furniture HomeStore” and “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Releasees”), and the immediate families (spouse, parents, grandparents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible to enter or win a prize. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: Between February 4, 2014 and March 3, 2014 (“Contest Period”), Ashley Furniture HomeStore will conduct one (1) Contest. At the conclusion of the Contest Period one (1) potential winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at Ashley Furniture HomeStore and on the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Facebook page. HomeStores are independently owned and operated. Entrants agree to have Sponsor contact them by phone, mail, email and/or other in connection with this Contest and other Sponsor-related future offers. 3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Ashley Furniture HomeStore showrooms at St. Johns Town Center, River City Marketplace, or Orange Park @ I-295 in Jacksonville, FL (see addresses above), and take a photograph wearing pink (‘SELFIE’) and post the photograph to the Ashley Furniture HomeStore Jacksonville FaceBook page (www.facebook.com/AshleyFurnitureHomeStoreJacksonville), or complete an official entry form in its entirety, while supplies last, or hand-print your name, address, city, state, postal code, phone number (including area code), email address and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, and submit completed entry form or 3” x 5” card in designated entry slot during regular showroom hours. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. local time (EST) on the final date of an Entry Period to be eligible for that Entry Period’s drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person/household/address. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: At or around the time posted on the specified drawing date for the applicable Entry Period, Ashley Furniture HomeStore will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential Winner. Entrants need not be present to win during the In-Store Drawing. Any potential Winner who is not in compliance with the terms of these Official Rules will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected for the drawing at issue. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing at issue. Non-winning entries from one In-store Drawing will not “roll over” into subsequent In-Store Drawings. Potential Winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and unless prohibited, publicity release within fourteen (14) days of date of drawing. If a potential winner does not return the properly executed documents within the specified time period, is ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the drawing at issue. 5. PRIZES:In-Store Drawing: US$2,620.00 Ashley Furniture HomeStoregift certificate to purchase a Sealy Sleep Set. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): US$2,620. General Prize Restrictions: Total ARV of all prizes: US$2,620.00. Gift certificate is good for Sealy sleep merchandise only, valid for twelve (12) months from issuance, and redeemable only at the Ashley Furniture HomeStore showrooms listed above. Certain other restrictions may apply. Prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Except as otherwise specified herein, no substitution will be made on any prize except at the discretion of Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of greater or comparable value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and any cost and expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the Winner. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use each Winner’s name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Releasees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising. In whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with participation in this Contest or the acceptance or use of the prize, including any travel or activity related thereto. Releasees shall not be responsible for lost, late illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, delayed or damaged entries, or lost or stolen entry boxes nor for mechanical, technical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend this Contest (or any portion thereof) at any time in whole or in part without notice if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules and, if terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prize for the drawing at issue from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for that drawing prior to such date of termination. 7.
