Our club offers state of art facilities to cater for all fitness levels. Qualified staff will provide a comprehensive induction with regular fitness testing and programming to help you achieve your personal goals and with an extensive range of classes scheduled you’ll be in expert hands. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, tone up or improve stamina we can achieve your goals in an environment that is both friendly and relaxed.
