Best of the Bands is a competition at California State University, San Bernardino, presented to by the Underground Music Society Preliminaries will be hosted at Celebrities Sport Grill in San Bernardino every Friday in February from 7:00 pm-1:00 am. Each night there will be winners based on the crowd each band can bring out and get them to vote, band with the most votes will play the Art and Music Festival of 2014.
