Welcome to Bluey's Smokehouse Facebook page. You may have seen us as part of the Bluey's Lakeside page but as Blueys at the Falcons Nest. We have made a few changes and now ready to show Newcastle & Lake Macquarie what we are all about. • What we are all about is that Low'n'Slow cooking. We have a Metal Monkey Engineering Pty Ltd Smokin Jak vertical smoker on site that is used to smoke our meats. • Bluey's own housemade rubs and sauces also make us unique in what we are trying to serve up to our customers. • We have Pork and Beef ribs. We have beef brisket, pulled pork and a sausage that we have worked with a local butcher to perfect. All smoked on site for your eating pleasure. • We also have an a la carte menu for those inclined as well as burgers. • Bluey is not a chef but he is passionate about food. His passion is what drives him to always strive to provide quality food for his customers when it comes to the BBQ and Low'n'Slow. To round out our team we have chefs Jeramy and Emma who complete our team with their extensive knowledge and experience working in kitchens around Newcastle. Each bring their own flavour to our menu and you will see this with items that may pop up from time to time when one of them has a culinary moment of brilliance. • Located within Cardiff Bowling Club we invite you come and try the best ribs and smoked meats in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie.
