Boutique Oil & Gas Services Ltd. (BOGS) A newly formed company in October of 2013, BOGS was created by Naomi Goto and Cameron Bilokreli after a chance meeting at a bar of a well-known downtown Italian restaurant earlier that month. Naomi being an expert with her 18 years of experience in the supply of line pipe and pipe and plant related steel products from international sources to the Canadian market, and Cam being an environmental and petroleum engineer with 7 years of practical rig experience in the field as well as pounding the pavement as a true sales engineer in downtown Calgary, have joined forces with their respective knowledge of the oilpatch by creating a unique company that covers pipe and accessories starting from the toe of the string up to and including the final destination via pipe line to plant or terminal. BOGS’ goal is to be a creative and innovative supplier of oil and gas related steel products to the Canadian and further, to the North American market. Cam and Naomi share a common awareness of the social and environmental issues that arise as a result of the oil and gas market. Although some may be positive, impact of the oilpatch does create challenging issues on the social, environmental and cultural fronts. One of BOGS’ ambitions is to strive for supplying into the market materials which are environmentally sound or at least friendly in order to participate in the development of a sustainable future. On the social or cultural level, BOGS will be tremendously involved in not only charities but raising awareness to Canadians the issues that many turn a blind eye to. BOGS is starting off with only the two principles forging into the Calgary marketplace, but will eventually be expanding in terms of building a solid company with employees who are knowledgeable in the various fields that BOGS will be involved in. The most important characteristics in the personnel that BOGS will eventually be looking for are: honesty, integrity, kindness, empathy and imagination. Products and Services include: * Speciality tubing, casing, drill pipe, accessories, portable steam generators, wellheads * Speciality tubes and pipe for fabricator shops, processing plants * Speciality HRC and plate * Line pipe, induction bends, fittings for oil and gas transmission pipelines * Consulting services and advise for strategic purchasing * Note: There is not a question that is stupid. All you have to do is ask. International sourcing allows for the real possibility that items can be found on the ground somewhere in the world. If an item is unavailable, the possibility of having the material made or fabricated is real. Cam and Naomi will endeavour to put BOGS on the oil and gas suppliers’ map. We will work hard but remember to play as well. We hope you will follow us as we embark on this journey. Of course there will be ups and downs but we will experience exciting new adventures along the way. Our antics are and will continue to be quite funny. That is a given.
