Brent started his real estate career in 2004 working in new home sales in downtown San Diego. Brent assisted many buyers negotiate purchases for new condos during the market downturn and transitioned into the resale market in 2010 when all of the new home communities had sold out. Brent’s decade of experience negotiating a large number of real estate contracts has shaped Brent into an expert negotiator. In 2012, Brent was awarded the Harcourts GOLD Achievement Award recognizing him for an outstanding level of performance in the Real Estate Industry. He was also awarded a National Sales Award in becoming the 7th Top Sales Consultant in the Harcourts Company for 2012. Brent has been recognized as one of the Top Performing Downtown agents representing both Buyers and Sellers as well as Property Management. Not only has Brent been working in downtown residential real estate for over a decade, he resides in the East Village Neighborhood with his family, and is immersed in the downtown culture and lifestyle. Brent has been very active in his community, and previously held the position of President of The East Village Resident’s Association for 2 years (2010-2011).
