How To Get to Carlisle Cathedral
Carlisle is directly on the west coast main line, and the Cathedral is a ten minute walk from the station, and five minutes from the central bus station. The Cathedral is situated in Castle Street, in the centre of the city. There are a number of pay and display car parks in the vicinity at English Damside, Viaduct and Devonshire Walk. The Cathedral is well signposted on all approaches to the city centre. Limited disabled parking is available by prior arrangement in the Cathedral grounds, as well as the Lanes shopping centre nearby.
