We provide a large range of Hot and cold platters for any occasion. Starting from $70 for assorted sandwiches or for a little extra we can provide you with Asian/seafood or mixed finger food platters or alternately we can work on a platter to suit your needs. My History is 3 yrs running the kitchen and cooking for the German Austrian club ,where I also hold the OHS supervisor . previously to that I worked for a chefs agency for 5 years where I worked for many restaurants and clubs over the albury/wodonga region .
