For over a decade, Ćevapčići Chicago has been a loyal vendor in the Chicago community. We've prepared and served this traditional SouthEastern European grilled fare at festivals, events, venues and celebrations throughout the city and Midwest, including Pitchfork Music Festival, Riot Fest, North Coast Music Fest, Summer Camp, Nippersink Music Fest, Bigfoot Band Camp, Rothbury in Michigan, Mardi Gras in St. Louis, Decatur Celebration, Old St. Pat’s World’s Largest Block Party, and U.S. Cellular Field Ballpark for the Chicago White Sox. We’ve grown to typically vend on average 20+ festivals and event locations annually. Ćevapčići is a traditional and very unique, ethnic, uncased sausage blend of beef, pork, and lamb, seasoned and rolled in minced garlic, salt, and pepper. We grill and serve Ćevapčići on an olive oil basted, toasted pita topped with Ajvar (a zesty, roasted eggplant and red bell pepper sauce), and fresh, diced, white onions.
