Animal Services can be reached at 940-761-8894** We are the City of Wichita Falls Animal Services Center, a division of the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District. Animal Control Officers work from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8-5 Saturday and Sunday. Emergencies are screened via a pager system after hours and on holidays. Saturdays and Sundays, ACOs can be contacted by leaving a voicemail or the pager. The Animal Services Center is open to the public 11am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.

General Info
The Animal Services Center houses animals picked up by Animal Control Officers as well as those animals surrendered by residents of the City of Wichita Falls. At this time, we do not do adoptions but we do contract with the Humane Society of Wichita County for adoption services. They come out on a regular basis and choose adoptable animals for their facility. If you visit the Animal Services Center and fall in love with one of our animals, you will need to go to the Humane Society and go thru their adoption process. We also network with rescue groups across Texas and Oklahoma and other parts of the United States to get even more animals into forever homes.Company Rating
