Description
We are a boxing and fitness gym that caters to all levels of experience. We specialise in boxing for fitness or competition. Women and children (tues/thurs) are also welcome. The gym founder and Head Coach Rab Mcewan has been involved in the sport of boxing for over 20 years as a competitor, trainer and coach. Rab and his team of coaches will welcome all newcomes and help you get fit for life or teach you the skills to perform in the ring.
