Community Healthplex is a medically based facility that will help you renew your commitment to being healthy and staying healthy...for a lifetime. Healthplex is staffed with experienced, degreed personal trainers who will work with you to develop an individual fitness plan. At Healthplex, there are lots of fun ways to get healthy—basketball, swimming, indoor tennis, an indoor walking and running track, Pilates, strength and cardiovascular training and much more. We also offer massage therapy for your much needed relaxation. Excellent child care services will give parents peace-of-mind so they can work out while their kids have fun doing age-appropriate activities. Healthplex is a place for anyone to start living healthier—from children to adults.
