Cave Vineyard derives its name from the remarkable Saltpeter Cave which is located under the tasting room. Visit this natural cave wine cellar. Sample award winning wines in the tasting room and stroll to the cave to enjoy the koi pond and babbling brook. Take in the scenic views of the vineyard and rolling hills from the outdoor pavilion. Bring your own picnic, or purchase cheeses and sausages in the tasting room. The cave may be reserved for your private event. Join the wine club for special offers.

Crown Valley Winery is open to the public year-round, offering winery tours, wine tastings, banquet facilities, and a deli and gift shop. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Our winery is situated on 600 acres of land, with more than 200 acres of vineyards. Durning the fall, we offer vineyard tours and hayrides. The architecture and interior of the winery features hand-carved oak doors with reclaimed stained glass; copper and wrought iron crafted by local artisan; and leaf-stamped copper bars. Live music plays on the weekends from May-October in our outdoor pavilion, where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views and order a variety of food from the Vintage Grill. We can be the destination for your next party, event or wedding. We now have four areas available for rental, as well as catering options. Don't forget to ask about our shuttle service.

Crown Valley Brewing and Distilling features handcrafted brews made exclusively at the Coffman facility. All beers are produced in the state-of-the-art, 15-barrel microbrewery. The brewery bar, with rustic dark alder wood, houses all those who are eager to sample or purchase one of these brews. Right outside the brewery is a beer garden complete with stage and sound system for live music and events, as well as a large stone fire pit. Customers are able to sip their favorite brew indoors or outdoors, watch the game on one of many flat-screen televisions, or take a tour of the facility to learn more about the brewing process and the historic Coffman area. But this new facility goes beyond beer, with the addition of a distillery, gourmet coffee roaster and country general store. After sampling the specialty beers, guests can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans, try a cappuccino from the state-of-the-art Multi LM super automatic coffee machine by Carimali, try a cigar from the humidor, buy Missouri products in the general store, or simply relax by the fireplace in the sitting area.
