Hi, I’m Dr. Janessa, Naturopathic Doctor, and I'm passionate about helping others to live vibrantly. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I utilize my knowledge and skills to navigate and support patients along their journeys toward better health, wellness, and living out more vibrant, purposeful, and fulfilling lives. I see male and female patients of all ages in my general family practice, and I treat a whole host of primary care concerns within the context of treating the individual. My areas of special interest include treating women’s health concerns, stress management and adrenal support, treating patients inflicted by hormonal dysfunction, and helping those of whom are wanting to lose weight and optimize body composition. Health, wellness, and living out our vibrant, best selves is important to me, and I’m honoured and humbled to play a part in patients realizing improved health and wellness, and their inherent vibrant selves!
