Lisa has been working in the health industry since 2000 & natural health is her passion. Most recently she trained with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition & is now a practicing Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Lisa’s experience as a Registered Aromatherapist & a Reiki Master-Teacher as well as an Intuitive Healer & Aura Reader make her a rounded holistic therapist. As a Holistic Therapist, Lisa takes into account all aspects of her clients’ lives & this sets her apart from other nutritionists & dieticians. By helping her clients understand the possible underlying physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual issues that can affect both their physical bodies & their state of mind they better understand that the ‘Mental Game’ is half the battle when it comes to whole health. Lisa also has personal experience dealing with allergy-conscious diets. She has two children, one of whom has had a multitude of allergies from birth, & Lisa has had milk, wheat & nut allergies all her life. This experience along with her natural nutrition training has helped her gain an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of alternative diets & it’s helped her clients see amazing results in their own lives! Generally speaking, the average Nutrition Plan is at least 3 – 6 sessions long while the average Essential Oil Therapy / Reiki treatment plan is about 10 treatments long, however some concerns may be addressed within one treatment. I will also suggest product to use & / or home care you can practice through out your daily life. This will help you to reach your health and wellness goals, as well as a regular maintenance plan more quickly. The ideal plan is for you to purchase your products & use them as suggested between visits. You’ll book appointments as you need to, coming for your regular maintenance appointments about once a month.
