Description
The name Fluffy's comes from a sweet little girl from San Jose, CA who named my pancke's "Fluffy's" as I was cooking for her family. The name stuck. Therefore, I want to keep a fun friendly atmosphere that makes people from all walks of life feel good about being there. We are not open yet as I am still negotiating with the DC government on the location. But don't worry, we will be soon open for business and bringing smiles to your faces. Sunday brunch will feature 3 free Mimosa for all over 21.. Fluffy's is founded by Charles Smith who is President and CEO. The remarkable thing is I Charles Smith am legally blind(And a licensed chef). I posses an advanced degree in culinary arts for the blind. I am known for my Dark Belgian Chocolate Chip Pancakes(Fluffy's) and equally exotic jubo Belgian Waffles. Check us out. I will email every one with information as we approach an opening date.
