As Owner and Executive Chef of Marcoritaville Sushi & Raw Bar Restaurant, Mark embarks on his most recent business venture with his wife Lan, whom he met in his previous restaurant, Bay Hundred. Both decedents of the Vietnamese culture, Mark and Lan have an extended palette of international cuisine and are well rounded when it comes to cooking. Mark’s experience in the restaurant industry has won him much success and continues to keep his customers satisfied.

The "doors" opened in 1999 on the harbor to a little joint called Foxy's Marina Bar, named after Foxy's Island Bar in Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. Since then, we've been serving happy customers giant martinis, fresh burgers and seafood, and generally partying our booties off every summer. Our staff enjoys meeting new folks and helping you relax and enjoy our beautiful town. We love hearing all about you and being a part of your vacation entertainment. Since opening in 2008,  Ava’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar has been awarded “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Pizza” by the readers of What’s Up Magazine as well as “27 Points” for Food Quality from Zagat. Owner and Chef Chris Agharabi worked at Persimmon, continuously recognized as one of “Bethesda’s Best” under the tutelage of Chef Damian Salvatore.
