I'm a local college student with culinary training and experience reaching out into the Anchorage and Penninsula areas to share my specialty creations.

Description

After years of experience in professional kitchens and bakeries, I've been putting my culinary training and creative mind to work by creating my own recipes for baked specialties and sweets! With encouragement from family and friends, I've decided to branch out and offer my culinary services to the Anchorage and Kenai area, providing specialty and customized baked goods, breads, pastries, chocolates, and more! This project is young and new, so please be patient with our selection and availability; we are hoping to grow! We currently offer: -Breads to order, including sliced loaves, traditional breads, sweet quick breads, rolls and buns -Cookies; holiday, traditional, and specialty cookies like macarons of any flavor. -Chocolates; ask us for flavors! -Pastries, including croissants, cinnamon rolls, tarts, etc. -And specialty items, like cake pops, cupcakes, mini-cakes and mini-pies! Inquire within to learn more! We would like to offer catering with at least a few months in advance; please contact us for more details!
