Throughout the years, I've learned that your body is powerful enough to heal itself - given the right environment. But the main challenge is creating a restful, relaxed state in which your body can recover from its day-to-day strains. Relaxation massage breaks the tense pattern your body is accustomed to, which finally allows you to unwind and begin to heal. Please note, I only work by referral. The massage types I offer are: ♥ Massages - Relaxation Massage (60 minutes) Designed to completely unwind your body & calm your mind! This 1-hour session focuses on: Front & back of legs, front & back of arms, lower & upper back, shoulders and head. - Relaxation Massage (90 minutes) Designed to completely unwind your body & calm your mind! This 90-minute session focuses on: Front & back of legs, front & back of arms, lower & upper back, shoulders, neck, head, feet, hands, and upper chest. - Therapeutic Massage (60 minutes | 90 minutes) Same as the Relaxation Massage, but a little more intensive, with an emphasis on certain areas that you feel need more TLC! ♥ Energy Healing - Reiki (15 minutes | 30 minutes) A non-invasive energy healing modality that stimulates your body's ability to heal by harnessing universal loving energy. In addition to becoming physically relaxed, massage therapy and Reiki can also calm your mind - ridding it of the clutter and noise - and that will do you a world of good!
