Healthy Plate - Dietitian Albury/Wodonga is a locally owned and operated nutrition service operating out of Enhance Physiotherapy in Albury, NSW. Owned by Ashleigh Knott, Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). Healthy Plate offers individual nutrition consults as well as being available to provide group/workplace nutrition education sessions. We are open extended hours to assist our clients in being able to better access health services. Ashleigh is passionate about helping people build their knowledge and skills around food to improve their health as best they can. Particular areas of interest are, but not limited to, weight management with a focus on a non-diet approach and cardiovascular health. As an APD, you can trust that the information you receive is evidence based and safe. Also by seeing an APD for your nutrition support, you are eligible to receive rebates from private health funds, DVA and Medicare (this will vary from person to person. Please speak to your GP or private health fund to determine what is available to you).
