Welcome! Thank you for visiting my page! I am a Self-Love Life & Business Coach for Women & Entreprenuers. I am a former Registered Psychologist for 10 years in private practice, and a 2nd degree black belt in karate. I also specialize in HOLISTIC NUTRITIONAL PSYCHOLOGY and am a Certified Eating Psychology Coach. I am passionate about helping women who struggle in their relationship with food (overeating, binge eating, chronic and yo yo dieting), body image, weight, digestion, mood, fatigue and immunity. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, holistic (i.e., looking at the person as a whole in mind and body) and honoring of where each person is at in their life. I believe that our struggles are patterns that do not serve us any longer, and my job is to support clients to create and shift into new patterns that do serve them, through my guidance of loving presence, nurturance, and discovering clients' inner wisdoms through their mind-body. I believe in always evolving and growing, pushing and stretching my own edges. Holistic Body Love Coaching truly believes in supporting the our young girls and boys, the next generation to love themselves so that this leads to a more kind, conscious world with loving presence. Holistic Body Love has a Philanthropy Program, so while you learn to love yourself, proceeds go towards supporting the next generation to also love themselves. <3
