As a mobile therapist, we also have the ability to offer pre and post event sports injury treatment and management. As part of sports injury prevention and advice, sports massage is often encouraged. Again this can be done as a pre or post event massage or a deeper more thorough massage to aid recovery for tight muscles and fascia.
